Bought mainly because the equipment is netflixs and allows us to follow some of the downloadable content on our tv more computers. I also use the Xbox360 for the day of 'years and LG is much faster loading. Upgrading work well and we had no problems with it at all after a month.

The picture is amazing .. excellent sound and very easy to work fine Size button on the remote with my large fingers, its a bit 'big. Total .. this blue ray DVD is worth every penny.

I have a Panasonic 42 "720p plasma TV and the transition from DVD to Blu-Ray is like when I saw HD programming for the first time. The picture is so clear, vivid and detailed. I do not know how to lower DVD until I saw a Blu-ray. tax Movies as soon as another advantage of Blu Ray is the text clearer, so it is easier to read subtitles. The letters are less jagged a DVD.

We heard earlier today the PS2 continues to outsell the PS3, and the gap continues to widen. What’s the hold up for consumers, and what does it mean for Sony? We talk to CNET tv’s Molly Wood, as well as Gear Diary’s Chris Spera about the situation. Molly sums it up nicely: If Sony wants the PS3 to stick around as a platform like the PS2 has done, they need to listen to customers instead of dictating to them. That means, for one, the system needs to see a price drop, and fast. Chris agrees, stating as a “non gamer” he picked up the Wii, but he doesn’t actually see any benefit to owning a PS3. He doesn’t care about Blu-ray, he doesn’t see the “Wii sports” equivalent, he just sees the dollar signs. Sony’s always been a company to decide what’s best for its customers, much to its detriment, but maybe CEO Howard Stringer’s admission of lack of forsight means the company will be more responsive in the future… then again, it is Sony we’re talking about. Also, Verizon announced its planning for the rollout of its 4G LTE network relatively soon, but has 3G even caught on fully enough for consumers to care about 4G? Chris doesn’t think so. He’s given up hopes for a wireless data future for “regular folks” after his iphone continuously dropped calls due to spotty coverage. Molly too, has much contempt for the iphone, and the subject has even caused her to go on an imfamous “Molly rant” regarding at&t’s lackluster service in the bay area. The message out of all of this? I love my LG BD 370! It 'was very easy to do and I keep it on the screen menus.I connected to a Linksys router and Netflix, and YouTube are the lightning fast.The BluRay DVD to play like a dream, the standard DVD upscaled to HD quality, I certainly do not understand the difference, as they appear bright and vibrant as the blurays.Same with DVD-R burned.I'm so glad I bought this player instead of another expensive player WalMart.Nothing WalMart, I bought my Vizio 42 "HDTV from them and which great.If had the LG player I would buy from them when I bought my Vizio.
I'm going to buy another LG Blu-ray on Amazon for the stay, but the wireless version.Even 390 although some players LG 'BluRay players cost more than others, are worth the money.I recommend them to anyone buy a BluRay large network.
