These Blu-ray is a fabulous device! Blu-ray load in half the time of my Gen1 player with 1080p video and superior sound quality. Upconversion of standard DVDs is also excellent.

But the real beauty of the LG BD390 is its wireless streaming. It took less than five minutes to configure and manage network bingo … Netflix HD streaming video clear as a bell. YouTube, CinemaNow and Vudu are also available. Now that I have been a couple of weeks ago I also saw continued clarity and almost perfect reliability will be thrilled. It 'a lot better in all respects, as digital on-demand service via cable.

I like everything about this Oppo BD player with the exception of the day of $ 500 and upscaling of SD DVD. I had the Oppo 983, first, and was spoiled by the performance of 983 upscaling reached, there was at least a $ 400 DVD player. Compared to 983, the BD83 has a slight hum (Halo) around the edge of the SD-DVD video, which was very difficult to get used to it. After 2 weeks of tweaking continues with tips from gurus AVSForum, I have finally given the theme of the call.

Product absolutely magnificent. One of the best values in electronic ballast on the market. I can not wait for some high-end audio products to be produced by this company. Also an incredible buy, you can not buy a blue ray player this good for twice the price! One of those rare finds.

The temporary loss of sound / audio. Occasional freezing and / or jumping. The same problems as the predecessor of the BD60 that the same chip used. Despite the problems of updating the firmware. Very good image quality with both BD and SD. It would be an excellent player if that player does not have these problems. Was back.
